WISE SELF PSYCHOLOGY
Wise Self refers to the innate wisdom every person has access to in order to heal, find direction, and feel more at peace in life. In our work together we will examine old belief systems, explore inflexible patterns of thinking and behaving, and perhaps work through traumatic incidents from the past that may stand in the way of you living a meaningful life. The wisdom to do that is within you.
“Building this wise self involves meditative and self-reflective practices, truly seeing yourself as you are, and wholly recognizing the inevitable rise and fall of all life, including your own” (Walser, 2019).
